Angela Holder, MAAT
Financial Analyst & Auditor

Advisory Board Member

Angela Holder was born in England and spent periods of her early life in Barbados, London and Manchester. The youngest of 5 siblings she watched her parents work fulltime during the day and then study at the dining table each evening in order to make a better life for themselves and their children. A rebellious child, the commitment her parents had demonstrated in pursuing their dreams nonetheless made an impression on Angela and rescued her from almost becoming a high school dropout.

Angela attended college and studied English, business and finance. As a single parent Angela never lost sight of her professional goal and attended studies to qualify as an accounting technician and management accountant. Angela was inspired by her then 4 year old son and it was this sense of commitment and responsibility that fuelled her mission. Angela says, "Since I began studying and improving my education many doors have been opened for me. I have been fortunate enough to have the support of encouraging family and friends. There are many people out there who can do the same, and I hope I can be an inspiration to them in some way."
