Minimum Target- In order to benefit from this program, your ticket sales target must be a minimum of 100 tickets sold. While there may be people who purchase tickets but may not attend, this will not affect you reaching your sales goal.
Promotion Period- It is highly recommended that a promotion period of 4-6 weeks is allowed before the scheduled date of the event. During this time you will be letting your network and mailing list contacts know of the show, posting show information on your web and social media pages and of course, selling tickets. We will also supplement your efforts during this time by promoting our event through our own social media pages and accounts.
Artwork- We will provide you with artwork and promotional information for your use in your own press releases, posters, web/social media pages and newsletters.
