Forensic Intelligence deals with the acquisition, analysis and protection of information and evidence that is the result of a criminal act, and the identification of potential crime risks.

Within Forensic Intelligence are the functions of Counter-Terrorism, Espionage and Criminal Risk Management, which involves the acquisition and analysis of intelligence data in order to provide recommendations on reducing terrorist, espionage and criminal threat levels.

CORPORATE ESPIONAGE: Most companies do not recognize they have a corporate espionage problem until an average of 18 months after the incident. 72% of businesses that have not taken measures to manage corporate espionge risk and suffer a loss will go out of business within 2 years. CORPORATE SECURITY: Less than 5% of annual Top 1000 North American Corporate budgets will be spent on security. Over 8,000 computer viruses are currently active worldwide with an average of 5 new ones introduced each day. The majority of computer viruses are spread as attachments to e-mails. 36% of computer security breaches were the result of technical vulnerabilities while human vulnerabilities were attributed to the remaining 64%. For every minute of unauthorized computer access, it will take an average of 2 hours investigation time. The average computer security breach lasts 27 minutes. It costs an average of $850.00 per hour to investigate a computer security breach. There are over 9,000 recognized computer software security holes worldwide, with an average of 7 new vulnerabilities uncovered each day. Only 72% of registered software users take advantage of free patches and upgrades to correct security vulnerabilities. Computer Crackers attempt to infiltrate North American military computer systems an average of 180,000 times per year. INTRODUCTION TO FORENSIC HUMAN SKELETAL IDENTIFICATION

Program Description:
This hands-on workshop introduces and familiarizes students with forensic techniques used to identify and analyze human skeletal remains. Students will be instructed in the use of, and use precision forensic laboratory tools to determine the sex, height, race and approximate age of the skeleton at the time of death. The program introduces new terminology, and requires students to be comfortable with basic record keeping and the use of hand tools/instruments. This program is designed as an introductory orientation for individuals of the general public with no prior experience. Class size is limited to not less than 6 and no more than 12 participants.

Program Description:
A two day comprehensive AED, CPR & First Aid program specifically designed for protection officers is available for groups of 9 to 12 participants. The program is delivered at your facility according to your schedule.

The Canadian approved program is the EMS First Aid & CPR Program, and Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada AED/CPR Program. This program is approved by the Ontario Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB), Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and meets the guidelines of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation. This program meets the first aid requirements of Canadian Police Foundations and Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) Security Guard criteria.

The American approved program is the American Safety & Health Institute Program (ASHI). This program is nationally approved by the National Association of EMS Physicians, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Transport and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Note: Dual Canada-U.S. CPR & First Aid approved certification is recommended for protection officers whose assignments involve continental or international operations, and may be legislatively required in some jurisdictions. Dual certification may also satisfy due diligence requirements under specific jurisdictional regulations.
